Gosforth Estates has carried out residential projects across North East England since 1997, acting either as investor, manager or property developer. A rebrand in 2021 signposted increased investment in all aspects, whilst retaining its roots as a family business focused on high quality schemes which deliver sustainable projects and returns.

Sheila Armstrong has owned and led the business since inception and has two simple drivers. Firstly, to ensure long term value by creating homes which people love to live in. Secondly, working positively with clients and suppliers to deliver developments which are both sustainable and designed well.

With the business on a secure financial footing, underpinned by +75 bedpaces under ownership and management, Sheila and the team are actively looking for opportunities to deliver more superb schemes. The business has forged strong relationships with the best consultants across the region and can quickly respond to potential opportunities.
